Redefining Leudelange, Luxembourg

We are delighted to share our first project in Luxembourg: Redefining Leudelange!

The vision for this masterplan is to redefine Leudelange as the most appealing town in Luxembourg to live, work, and visit. This ambitious project spans over 6.5 hectares and has been commissioned by Lionstone. In collaboration with WW+, we are creating a dense, green, and well-structured neighborhood, incorporating a variety of building typologies that reflect the local mix of existing buildings.

The plan is organized around a green urban corridor serving as a connecting element: the re-naturalization of the Drosbech creek, which doubles as a public recreational path and a local rainwater management solution.

Leudelange will be transformed into a diverse neighborhood, offering a mix of social, residential, commercial, and cultural opportunities. It has been a great pleasure working with Lionstone on this project, displaying our approach to creating local communities.
